Hello, Hainan -Day.3
Today I went to a place called, "the highest building of Hainan" built before 1889. As you've known, Hainan is the southernmost island of China. In ancient age, some officials were demoted to Hainan if they offended the emperor. But don't misunderstand these demoted-officials, most of them were great poets, writers and advisers, and their works had importantly influenced to later generations. So "the highest building of Hainan" is the place they had worked and lived during that time.
I'm glad that I've chose traveling to Hainan this time, although the heat made me sweat all the time, still worth it. Seeing people here living slow and easy, having less desire and looking for fun in such simple life, all these gave me a really good experience. ❤❤
